Directions For Use

  • Can be incorporated into flour by the miller
  • Used in the production of mixes and concentrates
  • Added to the formulation of bread improvers
  • Directly used in industrial production of bread, pizzas and biscuits

Shelf Life

  • The product must be used within 18 months from the production date, stored in its original packing in a cool and dry place (25°C).
