Description

The second generation of bread improvers for par baked bread have a combination of process control and ingredients. Minute Bread™ is a dough conditioner that allows the bread to have a final bake of less than 3 minutes. This procedure reduces the baking time, eliminates crust shrinkage and shelling, and gives a better final colour to the bread.

  • 2.5%  of the total flour weight

Shelf Life

  • The product must be used within 24 months from the production date. Store at cool and dry place.
